Do your Castor Oil Packs!

This is an external treatment… not internal.

What to Do?
Cut out a piece of material: cotton or flannel, to fit the size of your abdomen.
Soak the material in castor oil, it should not be dripping, just damp.
Place the material directly on your abdomen.
Then place a plastic bag or saran wrap on top.
Then place a hot water bag or heated bag onto of that… 3 layers in total.
Do it during the week and take a break on the weekend.
When your done with the pack, place in a Tupperware container and put in the fridge; it will last many months before going rancid.

Castor oil can be found at any pharmacy or health food store.

Best Time to do your Castor oil Pack!
At night time, about an hour before bed. Take this time to dedicate it to you… read your favourite book, watch your favourite TV show, listen to music. This time should be dedicated to you for relaxation.
