My focus is on men’s health and resolving ongoing health challenges. I was inspired from growing up with several brothers, and relating to challenges in their lives. I have a focus on cardiovascular disease, and have concentrated my efforts on learning to treat issues with digestion.

I am fascinated with the link between mood and gut, and believe that mood related issues can be addressed by improving diet. I am a practitioner who listens to his patients, and is determined to understand and relate to them.

Mental emotional wellness, women’s health and weight management are the main focus in my practice.  I address my patients’ health concerns by emphasizing the connection between the body, mind, and spirit. I teach the tools and provide the resources for my patients to live their life with energy, purpose and joy.  Effective treatment plans are created through the use of specialized testing and natural therapies such as herbal medicine, nutrition & diet, lifestyle counselling, nutraceuticals, and acupuncture. Establishing a strong partnership with medical doctors and other health care practitioners is also vital to my commitment in providing the best health care for my patients. 

My goals are achieved by the use of highly refined sense of touch that is developed over many years of training. This refined palpation skill allows me to feel not only surface muscle tension and inflammation but also deeper muscle issues and distortions.  I have spent time working with a wide range of patients suffering from digestive and other visceral problems, chronic migraines, chronic back and neck pain, motor vehicular accidents, neurological conditions such as Cerebral Palsy, parkinson’s, stroke, as well as prevention and rehabilitation of sports injury.  I also have a passion for special needs children.

As a member of the Ontario Association of Osteopathy & Natural Medicine and the Alliance Canadienne de Medicine Alternative I am currently completing my certification in Craniosacral Therapy. 

I graduated from the Massage Therapy Program at Humber College.  I treat all my clients on an individual basis through a combination of therapeutic and/or relaxation techniques based on your specific health needs.

I am skilled in several techniques including Swedish, Deep tissue, Prenatal/ Children, Sports, Trigger point Therapy, and Myofascial release. My primary goal is to empower and develop a positive rapport with all my patients. I strive to bring awareness and knowledge to my patients by encouraging them to take an active part in their overall well-being.

I always knew I wanted to pursue a career in physical therapy where I could help people move and feel their best. I started off as a personal trainer and worked as a kinesiologist then switched gears and decided to pursue a career in massage therapy. I combined my knowledge of human movement and exercise with manual therapy to best help improve my patient’s quality of life. I believe in combining different modalities and working with other therapists to provide a well-rounded approach so my patients can achieve their health and wellness goals.

I am a registered acupuncturist and I am dedicated to collaborating with my patients to attain optimal health and well being. My approach is gentle and I focus on treating the underlying cause of each patient. The main focus of my practice is to treat both acute and chronic injuries such as pain and stress management, women’s health, fertility and digestive concerns. I continue to help my patients through nutrient advice and lifestyle education. I am a believer in natural healing and believe in delivering individually tailored treatments to provide the best therapy services to my patients.

Because of my dedication and love for the beauty industry (the libra in me) I have gained the credibility and loyalty of all my clients. A true master of all services offered.
