Patients in the polluted water of the river often have physical and emotional symptoms of their underlying disease. Your goal is to move up the river towards the source! Living in the polluted water will only cause your body and mind to decline in health. Health midstream of the river is often ignored by patients because they are not experiencing moderate to severe symptoms. Overtime, the current of the water is too strong to keep you midstream that the waves take you quickly to the polluted water.
The wellness program uses individualized therapies in order to bring you to the source of the river. At the source , the patient is living with a healthy lifestyle: balanced diet and daily exercise.
Four Seasons Program

Once your optimal health has been achieved during the River of Health program, maintain your health with naturopathic visits during each season. Many symptoms flare up seasonally:
Fall: insomnia, allergies, adrenal fatigue
Winter: colds, depression, arthritis
Spring: detoxification, weight loss, arthritis
Summer: allergies, injuries, dehydration
Some symptoms often reappear during the holidays after over indulging in food, alcohol and lack of exercise. This program also helps you prepare for the next season and thus prevent symptoms from appearing.

Weight Lifestyle Program
Be Your BEST Self (BYBS) is a weight-management and healthy lifestyle program designed for people who are committed to losing weight and improving their health. Although good nutrition is crucial to good health, diet is not the only aspect of effective weight loss.
Research shows that success depends on:
• healthy diet
•regular daily physical activity
•strong willingness to change
•realistic expectations and goals
An integral part of the program is group support, which is proven to influence success through positive feedback and encouragement. In addition to getting the encouragement you need to stay motivated, BYBS meetings include valuable lectures, tips and facts to keep you healthy, well-informed and losing weight.
